Terms of service

Last updated September 2026

The short version: use Buzzeee to run free-entry, provably fair giveaways and honest bonus hunts. Do not use it to run paid raffles or mislead viewers. The long version follows.

1. Who this agreement covers

These terms govern your use of the Buzzeee website, dashboard, public verifier, and overlays. By creating an account or using the tools, you accept these terms. If you use Buzzeee on behalf of a channel you do not own, you confirm you have permission from the channel owner.

2. Your account

Accounts are created by linking a Kick channel through Kick's official OAuth flow. You are responsible for keeping your platform account secure and for the activity that happens through your Buzzeee account.

You may disconnect channels or delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

3. Acceptable use

Buzzeee provides giveaway, bonus hunt and stat tooling for live streams. You agree not to use it to:

  • run paid-entry raffles, lotteries or any promotion requiring payment or purchase to enter;
  • misrepresent the outcome of a draw, or present unverifiable results as provably fair;
  • target viewers who are below the legal age for gambling-adjacent content in their jurisdiction;
  • harass, defame or expose other users, or scrape the service at volumes that degrade it for others.

4. Free entry is a hard rule

Every giveaway run through Buzzeee must be free to enter. Entry must never be conditioned on paying you, tipping you, subscribing, or buying anything. A free-entry raffle is a promotion; a paid-entry raffle may be an illegal lottery in many jurisdictions. We may suspend channels that violate this rule.

5. Provably fair tooling

Our commit-reveal engine is designed so draw outcomes cannot be re-rolled after the fact: a commitment is published before entries, the entrant list is frozen and hashed, and the seed is revealed after the record exists. We publish proof bundles so any viewer can recompute winners locally in the browser.

We work hard to keep the engine correct, but the guarantees are only as good as the published record. If a draw is missing a proof bundle, it is not a provably fair draw.

6. Casino and third-party data

Casino statistics come from connectors that declare what they can and cannot do, and from platform event data. We do not partner with casinos and do not receive affiliate commissions for promoting them. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; casino-adjacent features carry disclosure requirements you must keep intact.

Buzzeee is not a gambling operator and does not accept wagers.

7. Platform relationships

Kick is an independent platform with its own terms. Buzzeee is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kick. If Kick restricts your account, that restriction applies between you and Kick, not us.

8. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content. We keep ownership of the Buzzeee software, design and brand. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service while these terms are in effect and you comply with them.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but provide it as-is during development. Features may change, and core tiers may introduce paid plans with advance notice. We may suspend or discontinue the service for legal, security or operational reasons.

10. Termination

You may stop using Buzzeee at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the platform, or create legal risk for us or other users. Where practical, we will tell you why.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzeee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost stream revenue, or damages arising from draws run outside the provably fair protocol. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the help center. We will publish notice of material changes here before they take effect.
