At Buzzeee, we provide broadcast overlays, community engagement utilities, and SaaS analytics for live stream creators. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to Streamer Pro. If you find that the software does not suit your broadcast workflow, you may request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of your initial transaction.

All Streamer Pro tiers, API tokens, and digital features are delivered electronically and activated immediately upon payment confirmation.

Because digital services are available instantly upon checkout, renewals after the initial 14-day window are non-refundable unless required by applicable statutory consumer protection law.

Streamer Pro is billed on an automated recurring basis according to the interval you select (monthly or annual) until cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties directly through your account dashboard (Dashboard > Settings > Billing).

Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain fully active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle. Your account will not be billed again unless you manually re-subscribe.

Credit and debit card transactions, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and associated global sales tax (VAT, GST) are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Refunds approved for card transactions will be credited back to your original payment method by Dodo Payments within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing financial institution.

Cryptocurrency transactions are processed via NOWPayments. Approved crypto refunds are issued in equivalent stablecoin or original cryptocurrency upon verification.

Please include your registered account email, your linked Kick/Twitch username, and your payment receipt or transaction ID.

Our billing team investigates and responds to all refund inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours.
